STORY

Started as a hobby for Head chef and owner Gonzalo Mendoza as he cater all family parties and gatherings. 

After the success he had and the complements he received, he decided to take his recepie to the next level.

Over 40 years of master chef in many restaurants all over North America. Enjoying taking time to cook and making people smile.

Since

2007

For 13 years we served the San Francisco Bay Area.

We are now serving the Pacific North West, in Vancouver, Washington and surrounding areas.

Catering anything from taco bars to buffets and deliveries, We specialize in catering small parties from 50 to company events with over 300 people.
